Interview & Hire Qualified Owner Operators- We will vet and view qualified owner operators for your fleet while you sit back and watch your company grow. (We prefer using employer indeed).
Driver qualification file processing- We will set up a free driver qualification file account for your company through our partner. We will receive applications from candidates, review applications and request all driver documents needed to conduct all backgrounds and PSPs for all drivers being hired before starting dispatch.

Under our direct shipper freight booking option, we work to identify and book shipper-direct loads for your truck. Our team handles the freight search, communication, negotiation, and load booking so you can focus on operating your truck and delivering the freight.
Keep 100% of Your Weekly Load Revenue
With this option, A&R Xpress Management Services does not take a percentage of your loads. You keep 100% of the revenue you earn for the week.
Your only charge is our simple:
$350 Weekly Dispatch Management Fee
Whether we book 2 loads or 10 loads for you during the week, your weekly management fee remains $350.00.
And if we don't book any loads for you during the week, you pay us NOTHING for that week.

Getting your truck moving with us is simple. First, fill out our carrier setup form with your company details and schedule a quick phone consultation with our dispatch team. Simply upload your MC authority letter, W-9 form, certificate of insurance (COI). We take care of all the paperwork so you can get rolling immediately.
